DR MYN LEE

Skin Cancer Doctor

Myn is a General Practitioner with an interest in all things related to skin. She obtained her primary medical degree from the University of Melbourne, and holds a Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff, UK; and has several other Certificates in Skin Cancer and Dermoscopy. 

 

Myn strongly believes in constantly updating her knowledge and skills, and has recently been awarded the Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery from the Skin Cancer College Australasia. 

 

Before transitioning into full time skin cancer work, Myn spent several years working as a General Practitioner in rural Victoria as well as in Singapore.


She is able to provide advice and treatment of skin cancers, including non-surgical treatment, simple excisions, as well as flaps and grafts. She is also happy to discuss all other dermatological concerns.

DR SALLY SHAW

Owner / Skin Cancer Doctor

Sally is one of the founding members of the Australasian College of Skin Cancer Medicine. Sally has been instrumental in establishing standards for skin cancer practitioners throughout Australia. She has successfully established several skin cancer clinics in Mornington, Frankston and Rosebud.

She holds a Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery, a Diploma in Dermoscopy and more recently, has become a Fellow of the Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA).

Sally has more than 20 years’ experience as a GP and more than 15 years’ experience in all types of skin cancer surgery including flap surgery, grafts and non surgical skin cancer treatments such as Efudix, Aldara, and PDT.

DALE FINN

Registered Nurse / Melanographer

Dale has been a Division 1 Registered Nurse for over 3 years, and is one of the kindest male nurses around. He specialised in General Medicine at The Alfred Hospital, which enables him to take a practical yet empathetic approach when managing patients with skin cancers. For the last 2 years Dale has worked in the skin cancer field, and has completed training as a melanographer.

 

Dale is passionate about public healthcare and educating others about sun safety. In his spare time, you will also find him at the Edithvale Community Greengrocer.

PHILIPPA ROS

Registered Nurse / Melanographer

Philippa is a Division 1 Registered Nurse who has been instrumental in helping set up the clinic. Philippa specialised in Plastic Surgery and Orthopaedic Nursing for 13 years, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in regards to wound management. She has now transitioned into Skin Cancer Medicine, and holds an Advanced Certificate in Dermoscopy. She is also a trained melanographer, and on top of that is involved in the teaching and training of new staff members.

 

Philippa is passionate about educating the community about self-awareness, early detection and prevention of skin cancers.

SARAH SUDOMLAK

Endorsed Enrolled Nurse / Melanographer

Sarah is an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with extensive experience in Skin Cancer. She has worked in Aged Care and General Practice but has found her calling in the field of Skin Cancer Medicine. For the last 7 years she has worked in well-established skin cancer clinics, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge. She has completed Certificates in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Medicine, and is also a trained melanographer.

Sarah believes in a holistic approach to patient care, and is passionate about early detection and management of skin cancers.

She has been renovating her house for the past 5 years and would be a worthy contender on The Block.

SIMONE MAGU

Office Manager

Simone is our office manager who ensures everything runs smoothly at the clinic. She has 15 years’ experience working in medical administration, in both GP and radiology clinics. For the last 6 years she has been working exclusively in skin cancer clinics. 


Sim is the first point of contact for all enquiries. She is always available to answer patients’ questions or concerns, and will make sure you receive the best care possible at the clinic.

Sim loves her job, but also enjoys escaping the clinic in her campervan to go camping and discovering new places.
